The Massachusetts Human Trafficking Task Force

The Boston based Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force combats trafficking by rescuing and supporting victims, investigating human traffickers and prosecuting human traffickers and those that conspire with them. The Task Force has a two-pronged approach: Investigations that focus on international victims and commercial sexual exploitation of children (csec). Official Link:

The Protection Project at the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies

The Protection Project is a human rights research center based at the Foreign Policy Institute at The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC. The Protection Project focuses on the promotion of human rights values throughout the world, especially women’s and children’s rights; fostering of civil society and NGO development through capacity building and coalition building; advancement of human rights education; and elimination of trafficking in persons. Promote Congo

Promote Congo is a non-partisan, independent, developmental, and educational non-profit organization. It seeks to promote the human rights of the people of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) by providing microloans, carrying out human rights training, collaborating with grassroots organizations, and networking with the Congolese Diaspora around the world. Promote Congo also raises awareness in the United States about the human rights issues in the Congo to get Americans involved in advancing human rights and eradicating poverty.
